123 Consulting

Dear Client,

In our ongoing, innovative efforts to enhance your experience with us and streamline our business process by moving ever-closer to a completely paperless environment, we have implemented an e-signature policy throughout LUCRO. This means that, wherever feasible and practical, we will be making use of e-signatures. Simply open Docusign and choose a sample signature (the legality is in the IP address and email, not in the actual signature) and click the indicated blocks to sign. Once complete it is sent back to us. You can also retain a copy for your records.

It is not necessary for you to register or download any software to sign our documents. All you need is an internet connection. (Find out how it works HERE)

E-Signatures are legal in South Africa and can be used for most transactions (exceptions include: Alienation of Immovable Property; Long Leases and Wills and Codicils) and we have chosen a cloud-based solution that is fully compliant with both the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 2002 (Act No. 25 of 2002) and the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (Act No. 4 of 2013).

With immediate effect, we will be submitting documents to you (that require your signature) via “DocuSign” – our e-signature platform.

Should you have any concerns or queries then please do not hesitate to contact us.

Yours faithfully,

LUCRO
